Our donation program is designed to accelerate & enhance the importance of organ donors provincially.
We want the importance of organ donation and the support of families to be more commonplace in every household. Therefore, we have embarked on a journey which will take us to all the corners of Saskatchewan to deliver the message of why becoming an organ donor is the greatest gift you can give. Our mission is to save lives. Family leadership and education should go hand in hand. Children rely on their parents for guidance and protection, so step up to the plate.
For every $25 donation to The Dawne Switenky Memorial Foundation Inc. you will receive our Primary Package which includes:
- An Angel's Legacy Organ Donor Gift Card
- A license plate frame that reads "Organ Donors are real Angels"
- A Wolfberry/ goji tree (Our gift from an Angel)
- You will proudly be supporting our "One-Life-Many-Gifts" Project
Plus, you'll be supporting an educational awareness opportunity called "One Life Many Gifts" that can provide information about organ and tissue donations to students in Saskatchewan.

Be sure to communicate & educate with your family about your intentions, and keep your angel's legacy organ donor gift card in your wallet at all times. Tell your family why you support organ donation, as leadership counts. Please contact your physician/doctor office and let them know your intentions and have your witness sign the back of your Angel's Legacy Organ Donor Gift Card.
